Labor Day Celebration and Pig Roast - 09/08/10
The Seminary community came together on Monday, September 6th, to enjoy a
beautiful day filled with food, fellowship and fun. It was a wonderful
opportunity for the student body to meet and get to know one another.
A
special thanks goes to Dn. Todd Franta and his family for the self
sacrificial way he arranged the meal to be picked up from a local farm
and then started the roast 6am at the pavilion. Another thanks goes out
to new seminarian Michael Rodgers for volunteering his culinary skills
to the endeavor.
Thanks as well to all who brought side dishes
and assisted with set up and clean up. It was a wonderful way to kick
off the new year and will be a time to be remembered for the months to
come.
