The mission of the Office of President is to maintain the institutional goals and purposes of the Seminary; to ensure institutional vitality, viability and integrity; to provide leadership in all aspects of institutional functioning; to cause implementation of institutional policy; and to supervise the proper management of the physical, fiscal and human resources of the institution.

The President exercises general responsibility for the overall functioning of the Institution and brings those matters to the attention of the Board of Trustees that are appropriate and necessary to keep it fully informed and to enable it to meet its policy-making responsibilities.
