The Executive Board of Saint Tikhon Orthodox Theological
Seminary Alumni Association concurs with the statement issued by the Board of
Trustees of the seminary dated 7 August 2009.

Likewise, we see no reason or need to merge. The alumni have supported the seminary
for 70 years and we continue with commitment and zeal to stand firm and
steadfast with our alma mater, our Orthodox Theological Seminary of Saint
Tikhon of Zadonsk.

We remain resolute in our commitment, dedication, and
support for building up the seminary and for the Glory of God!
